Cobalt's screening process ensures you not only receive the skill sets requested, but that your new employee(s) are both compatible and prepared. Cobalt conducts a seven step process in order to qualify candidates and determine the best fit for your organization.

  1. Selection. New recruits are selected based on education, experience, and availability
  2. Interviews. Our interview process effectively provides an indication of individual capability and personality.
  3. Academic Review. Candidates' academic records are obtained and verified.
  4. Testing. All candidates undergo a series of aptitude exams for their specific skill.
  5. Background Check. Criminal index searches and address histories are performed.
  6. Medical Exam. Individuals are required to submit to a standard medical exam and are provided with regionally appropriate vaccinations.
  7. Training. Cobalt conducts pre-deployment training to all personnel in order to minimize acclimation time and maximize productivity once on site. This training includes cultural education and basic language training.
