There is no commitment required on your part to retain the employee or any of the overhead costs associated with the hiring of an employee. You simply provide us with a job description and we provide a candidate that meets your needs.
  2. Skilled Personnel: Cobalt will guarantee a laborer (or labor force) that will adapt to your environment with the credentials and skills you need. Our organization will take the time to assess and understand your critical business issues for every initiative. Cobalt will understand the dynamics of the project and assure the right workers are put in place for a successful partnership.
  3. Tested Candidates: All of our office personnel must pass skill and assessment evaluations which are tailored specifically for the requested task.

Replacement Promise: For any Cobalt placed laborer that (1) does not perform up to the needs and standards of the client, (2) is unfit for the duties assigned, or (3) violates any condition of employment, Cobalt will replace this individual at no additional cost (and at the same pay level) as the original contractor.
