David Robinson, Co-Founder, has fifteen years experience in Naval Intelligence & Government Contracting. From 1993-1997, Mr. Robinson held a Top Secret clearance while conducting mission planning & training exercises for SEAL Team 2 & the Constellation Carrier Battle Group. While in the U.S. Navy, he provided Intelligence support at the Maritime Liaison Office in Manama, Bahrain, following terrorist, piracy, and drug trafficking activity. Upon his honorable, he founded a company which conducts training and provides personnel to the US Department of State and Department of Defense in support of policy objectives. He has worked extensively in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Mr. Robinson is proficient at threat analysis, logistics planning and support, and conducting business in high-risk environments. He received his bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University, and studied international economics in Luxembourg.
Robert B. Lamb recently joined Cobalt from the renowned international law firm of Sutherland Asbill & Brennan where he served as a member of the Firm's Corporate group with a focus on international transactions and global trade with China. He visits China and the Greater China region regularly and throughout his life has spent a significant amount of time in the region handling an array of complex cross boarder transactions. Mr. Lamb is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He has been invited to speak on a number of occasions to Chinese and American audiences on a variety of subjects relating to international transactions, globalization, and doing business in China. Mr. Lamb brings to Cobalt an impressive legal background, a unique understanding of globalization, and vast contacts in China and other parts of Asia.
Greg Glaze, Co-Founder, has an extensive background in managing healthcare business and services for two of the largest healthcare companies in the world. His experience spans over multiple functions within the sales, marketing and strategic business development areas of these organizations. In 2005, he co-founded a healthcare eCommerce and services business. The business is one of the fastest growing online services for nurses in the country. Additionally, he has worked internationally to develop skilled labor channels from outsourcing countries. Such development has included recruiting and training facilities that have been created to assure that these workers are prepared to work effectively in the countries in which they have been deployed. He has been recognized by Fortune magazine, Solution Selling, Inc and Employer Group Coalition Association for his unique strategies towards business development and mutually aligned partnerships.
